Dodge Park
Dodge Park is Sterling Heights' flagship public park — a 152-acre green space centered on the Clinton River that serves as the city's primary venue for outdoor events, festivals, and community gatherings. The park hosts the annual Sterling Heights Sterlingfest arts and music festival each summer, drawing huge numbers of attendees to its outdoor stages and vendor areas along the riverfront. The park also features athletic fields, picnic shelters, and the adjacent Dodge Park Farmstead.
For large group outings, reunions, and festival transportation, a charter bus or minibus drops groups at the park entrance on Metropolitan Parkway and picks up at a pre-arranged time so nobody is navigating the post-festival parking situation on their own.
